System Idle Process was much calmer ranging from 98-99 and staying there slightly longer with only a few processes popping up with 1 or 2 CPU including apdproxy.exe, KMProcess.exe, XBoxstat.exe, svchost.exe, its free if you already have windows 7 you know. I don't know if this is relevant but I haven't used the battery with this laptop for over a year now. This type of thing is why it's taken this long for 64 bit to be accepted in the first place!
