I have a domain GPO that purges the printers on login, then the printers get reapplied depending on the OU the user is in. In Windows 8, go to the Start screen, type "devices and printers" (the search tool will open automatically when you start typing), select "Settings" and click "Devices and Printers." Upon clearing those out, after a reboot, the problem went away. Please try the request again. But the legacy Devices and Printers control panel that's been available for the past several Windows versions is still in Windows 10, and it provides much more control over printers.
