Dell Latitude E6330, same issue, would not resume after sleep. Date: 2014-04-30 13:00:45.376 Description: Code Integrity determined that a process (\Device\HarddiskVolume5\Program Files\Windows Defender\MsMpEng.exe) attempted to load \Device\HarddiskVolume5\Program Files\Microsoft Silverlight\xapauthenticodesip.dll that did not meet the Custom 3 / Antimalware signing level But the upgrade completed successfully after that.ORIGINAL MESSAGE FOLLOWS: Unfortunately, this is not a solution or how-to video. (Sorry.) I made this only to document a Windows 10 installation crash, in A05 fixed the issue for me.
