Dell Optiplex 780 Freezes On Windows 7

If I boot it with the video switched to another machine, the Dell boots fine and I can switch back when I hear the beep at the end of POST. When the PSU is unable to keep up with power demands, it puts out less power to each component that needs it. It is either my PC (Dell Optiplex 780) overheating (at least the drive controller part), my eSATA Raid Card, or Windows 7 not liking very large files and/or file names. There aren't any other devices plugged in. But if I boot it with the switch set on the Dell, it locks up.
