Thanks for any help! Actually I just noticed in the timestamps that I posted above that _WAK is entered immediately after _PTS exits, even though the actual wake event is 15 minutes later. but these probably don't hurt as they're likely not called?

Exact same symptoms here. I had disabled it in the bios 2 weeks ago and that is what fixed it initially. Instead of going to sleep it shuts down every time there is a lack of activity. Dell Xps 13 Bios Update Perhaps you should check the battery.

I was just on the phone and dell said they're sending me a new xps 13 because mine was making a weird clicking sound and draining really fast.
