If it's the one I think I'm thinking about, it charges from a normal dell plug but has a usb c port. I ended up getting a PowerGear from Amazon since people had confirmed it worked with the XPS and my phone (Nexus 6P) with fast charge. Phones and laptops surely will never have same voltages right? (I'm talking about supposed future phones, laptops and chargers that will fully support the standard). Hope this helps other people!
