I hope Wim and James find some clue on what is going on from the logfiles I sent to them. The SSD also seems to be recognized as it shows it in the "configuration" tab in diagnostics. It would not charge, the unit would not boot from the battery, and if I unplugged the computer from the AC outlet it shut down completely.
