It would be because of someconflict between the intel and nvidia gpu. There are probably new ones now but I dare not (yet) change the setup as it is (fairly) stable now (a BSOD every 3-4 weeks). Flair your posts!

Tried old Intel drivers. Dell Xps 9550 Critical Process Died I assume that to be GPU related, so maybe the BSOD and the sluggish mouse pointer are connected somehow. Yes you got a microsoft store edition so it should be clean but we have to eliminate variables here.
