DO NOT USE the embedded option to write the iso on a USB, mine didn't work. Was it perviously working? Keeping you posted as the process goes... one of the 3.5mm jacks on the side should be for a microphone and the other for headphones.

I had this same problem with a PC at the college I worked for and this turned out to be the solution. As for this audio problem,every dell laptop(my 13 7000,8 of 15 series) running windows 10 has it. The reason to notch those frequencies is to avoid where (I think) the speakers are resonating with the chassis. Dell Xps 15 Audio Issues Small movements of the cursor are not registered.
