And whereas I could reliably overheat the laptop within 5-6 minutes with a particular game (Trials 2) even with both fans on full power (the GPU would keep heating up until I use the default VGA/NVidia driver from microsoft at the moment and it's performing a LOT better than the one from Dell. Isn't it supposed to be the other way around?! It seems I am not alone with the fault and I will be doing what I can to get my money back or the fault resolved.

There's ways around it and i tried it (eg. Install the OS Dell shipped it with. Maybe a bad fan? Taking the laptop apart is pretty easy and only one screw left over !!
