Anyway I need a big advice, please! All personal data and 400+ portable programs are stored on other drives.I use Clonezilla to clone c drive to an image on d drive. I knew acronis, norton ghost and clonezilla and I only had success with acronis:One time I have to clone a 80 GBs Windows XP disk. If not, the disk view will show the whole space as unallocated. I'll feel very accomplished if I can muddle through this. PhotoRec would scan the image for any recoverable files. Your system would be configured to use RAID only if Dell set it up that way. Macrium Reflect's listings aren't always 100% perfect. Can RAID be injected into the system without having to reinstall Windows? On my current laptop, which has SATA II ports, it takes a little over three and a half hours. With acronis, afeter 2 hours it works perfect.More recently, a 40 GBS laptop disk with XP: WIth clonezilla: after 13 hours!!!
