I uninstalled the sigmatel HD Audio and deleted the driver, then rebooted the system. There is no HDMI option in the Windows 10 sound device manager. my computer model is dell inspiron 5547 running windows 10pro 1511 with  audio driver, realtek high definition audio driver ( check over here thank you for Grif link and His solution.
