My target machine is identical to the source with Secure Boot disabled as well. We turn Secure Boot back off, we will see one normal restart. Then I went into the bios, enabled windows 8 in the bios configuration, save & reboot, and boom, there's the error. Cctk Bootorder IS there any settings to check to make it go faster.
