When you repeat the procedure for the 2nd USB select the RS1 (Build 14393/version 1607) .iso. Also, I was told by a rep at the Microsoft Store that I need to choose "Custom Install" and this will allow my upgrade. The system setup is: Dell Inspiron 531 with AMD Athlon 64X2 Dual Core Processor 3800+ running at 2.0 Ghz with 4Gbs memory.
