Right click on the Wi-Fi adapter and select Properties. Under the Advanced tab, in the Property section, scroll down and click on Power Output. In the Value column, select 75% or 50%. Make sure the wifi driver is properly updated an also make sure you update the bios to the latest version. Started about a week ago, currently using an external USB network adapter and running Dell's diagnostic. A lot of XPS 13 Linux users recommend swapping it out with an Intel one.
