The base model with i5 at $950 is perfect save for the SSD size. I was abe to dual boot my XPS 13 (9343) with 16.04.1 and windows 10. Otherwise the kernel won't be able to find the SSD. I then installed the 4.4.2 kernel succesfully and all of a sudden wifi was working and so was suspending. Continued
Firefox and Chromium like this a lot! The only way to install it seems to be to apply it through a running Windows OS. But I'm fairly certain that my opinions might change in the future.
